The Residence Cristal Blu is a little gem in the centre of Santa Teresa di Gallura, only at 200 metres from the small town harbour and at about 250 metres from the small square and only 600 metres from Rena Bianca. The apartments have been completely renovated and all are functional and with new furniture. The types of apartments are studios for 2 and 3 people, studios for 4 people, two-roomed apartments for 4 and 5 people. All of them with TV, safe, some of them have balconies or terraces equipped for eating outside, the upper floors have very large terraces and sun terraces. The uniqueness of the studios is that thanks to the space available there is a double bed and not the usual sofa. They are distributed on three floors around the elegant private swimming pool. The nearby Rena Bianca Beach is free with optional beach service for a fee. The Residence has a free equipped swimming pool, always clean and tidy. In addition to the beautiful beach of the village, you will have the opportunity to visit nearby, at about 2 km, places like Capo Testa, Baia Santa Reparata and La Mormorata, renowned for their fantastic beaches and coves. MANDATORY EXPENSES (to be paid on site but already included in the quote):
FORFAIT (per day per person): € 5.00 adults; € 2.50 children aged 3-11.99, children aged 0-2.99 free. Prices include electricity, water, gas, 1 supply of bed linen per week.
FINAL CLEANING: One-roomed apartments € 60.00; two-roomed apartments € 70.00. Cooking corner cleaned by the customer, otherwise extra charge of € 50.00.
STAY FEE: mandatory for the Town of Santa Teresa Gallura, the amount varies depending on the period. DEPOSIT: refundable at the end of the stay € 200.00 after a check of the condition of the apartment. In case of departures out of reception hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer, charges to be paid by the customer.
